Getting started
A five-minute orientation
Open the interactive demo. Edit the example intention, select one of the three approaches, then run the example. The timeline advances through a deterministic local sequence. Inspect the example receipt to see the difference between an artifact and evidence. Nothing is sent to a model or external service.
Core concepts
The intention
An intention describes what you are trying to accomplish. It is not a tool command, an unlimited authorization, or a guarantee of an outcome. Keep scope, constraints, and open questions attached to it.
Core concepts
The context
Context includes source material, working assumptions, decisions, and the brief for a step. Distinguish observed facts from interpretations. The demo uses fictional source cards and does not ingest uploaded files.
Core concepts
Paths and decisions
A path is a possible approach. Comparing paths makes trade-offs visible. Choosing one should not discard the others. In the demo, changing a path resets prior sample execution so evidence from a different choice is never presented as current.
Core concepts
Evidence and outcomes
An evidence receipt records what a step attempted, the sample artifact, and the checks illustrated. A demonstration receipt is not proof of product performance, market demand, or production readiness. Downloads are clearly marked as sample data.
Boundaries
What the demo can and cannot do
The demo can edit local intent text, switch paths, advance a scripted workflow, show an evidence dialog, and export its local sample receipt. It cannot authenticate users, connect providers, make purchases, deploy code, or execute live agents.
Accessibility
Motion preferences
Use the Pause motion control in the footer. The site also respects your device’s reduced-motion preference. Decorative thread animation stops when outside the viewport or when the tab is hidden. All product choices work without animation.
Privacy
Where your data goes
The demo keeps its working state in memory for this page session. Reloading clears it. The only browser preference saved by the website is the motion setting, where browser storage permits it. Contact details are not stored; the contact form opens your email application.
For developers
Run the website
This repository uses Node.js 22 and the standard library, with no build-time package dependencies. Run npm ci, npm run verify, then npm run preview. The compiled site lives in dist/. This documentation describes the website, not a public Elseweave SDK.
For developers
Preview before production
The default build is noindex. The supplied Cloudflare configuration targets a separate workers.dev preview and contains no custom-domain routes. Repository creation, cloud deployment, and production DNS changes are separate operations.
